The HD623 is the smallest mobile hot-water machine in the Ehrle range and the natural first step into hot-water cleaning. 130 bar working (160 bar max) at 10 l/min, with diesel-fired heating that takes water up to 98°C — hot enough to emulsify oil, grease and fat on contact. Runs from a standard 230v supply at 12.7 amps, so no electrical upgrade is needed.

Automotive – workshop degreasing and engine bay cleaning

Hot water is what transforms automotive cleaning. The HD623 cuts through oil, grease, brake dust and road film on engine bays, gearboxes, axles and chassis rails in minutes rather than the half-hour a cold washer takes. Single-phase operation means it can be installed in any independent garage or MOT bay without electrical works.

Agriculture – dairy parlour and livestock cleaning

Dairy operations need hot water to lift milk fat residue from parlour surfaces and disinfect between sessions. The HD623 handles parlour wash-down, bulk tank exteriors and milk-room floors at the right scale for small-to-mid dairies. The 98°C output also helps with biosecurity wash-down after stock movements or veterinary visits.

Manufacturing – light degreasing and maintenance

Sized for engineering workshops, small production sites and maintenance teams who deal with cutting fluid, hydraulic oil, machine grease and general contamination. Mobile chassis lets one machine serve multiple cleaning points; 230v supply means it plugs in wherever it's needed.
