The HD823 is Ehrle's flagship single-phase hot-water machine. 140 bar at 12 l/min with steam-stage capability up to 150°C — enough heat to remove even the most stubborn baked-on contamination. Etronic II controls add low-water cut-off, low-fuel cut-off, optical flame monitoring and total switch-off after 20 minutes, making it genuinely safer to operate over long shifts. Twin-motor system runs the high-pressure pump and the heating burner independently.
