Ehrle HSC823 – Static Hot Pressure Washer (Stainless Steel)
Stainless cabinet. The static machine for hygienic and corrosive environments.
Same machine as the painted HSC823 — same 120 bar / 12 l/min / 98°C performance, same Etronic II safety, same 60-litre diesel tank — but wrapped in a fully stainless steel cabinet. That one change makes it suitable for environments that would destroy a painted steel enclosure within months: food production wash-down areas, pharmaceutical clean-room ante-chambers, coastal sites, chemical-handling facilities and any zone where the cabinet itself gets hosed and sanitised.

Sector applications
Food – fixed wash bays inside production halls
Installed at the end of butchery lines, between filling and packing zones, or near loading bays where returning trolleys are sanitised. The stainless cabinet survives the daily caustic foam and acid sanitiser cycle that the rest of the room gets, and hot water at 98°C is essential for breaking down the protein and fat residue food production generates. (Note: diesel heating produces combustion exhaust — siting and ventilation must be planned accordingly; for fully enclosed clean-room environments, see the electric HDE840 F.)
Pharmaceutical – GMP corridor and ante-room wash bays
Painted equipment in pharmaceutical wash-down zones won't pass MHRA or FDA audits for long, given the validated sanitisers in routine use — peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, quaternary ammoniums. The HSC823 INOX is the right specification for fixed installations in GMP-controlled corridors, gowning ante-chambers and similar non-product-contact wash areas where diesel heating can be properly vented.
Manufacturing – corrosive or hygiene-sensitive process areas
Suits production environments with aggressive atmospheres — chemical processing, surface treatment plants, pickling lines, cosmetics and FMCG production. The stainless cabinet is part of the building's corrosion-resistant infrastructure, while hot-water cleaning handles the oil, grease and product residue these processes accumulate.
Specify INOX whenever the machine itself will be hosed, sanitised or exposed to aggressive air. The price difference pays for itself in service life.
