Automotive – MOT bays and body shops

Strips alloy wheels back to clean metal so techs can inspect for crack damage. Cuts through road film on vehicle undersides before lift work. The Vario lance fans wide for paint-safe pre-rinsing on customer cars, then narrows to a jet for chassis and engine-bay degreasing once panels are off.

Agriculture – heavy livestock and slurry equipment

160 bar maximum is enough pressure to actually break the bond on dried slurry rather than smear it. Handles slurry tankers, livestock trailers after market day, cattle crushes after TB testing, and tractor wheels after wet harvest. The chemical injector applies alkaline detergent to lift fat residue from milking parlour surfaces.

Manufacturing – engineering and machine tools
