Ehrle KS823 INOX – Wall Mounted Cold Pressure Washer
Stainless steel cabinet. Built for environments that destroy ordinary machines.
Same wall-mounted machine as the KS823, wrapped in a fully stainless steel cabinet. Performance identical — 30 to 140 bar / 5 to 12 l/min on 230v — but the cabinet itself can be hosed and sanitised daily without corroding. A painted-steel machine in a wash-down food zone will show rust within months; this one is still passing audits a decade later.

Food – fixed wash bays inside production halls
Installed at the end of meat butchery lines, between filling and packing zones, or near loading bays where returning trolleys are sanitised. The stainless cabinet survives the daily caustic foam and acid sanitiser cycle that the rest of the room gets. Wall-mounting saves floor space in already-tight production areas.
Pharmaceutical – GMP clean-room corridors and wash bays
Painted equipment in pharmaceutical wash-down areas won't pass MHRA or FDA audits for long, given the validated sanitisers in regular use — peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, quaternary ammonium compounds. The KS823 INOX is the right specification for GMP-controlled corridors, gowning ante-chambers and any wash bay inside a controlled zone.
Manufacturing – chemical and corrosive environments
Suits production areas with aggressive atmospheres — chemical processing, electroplating, pickling lines, surface treatment plants — where painted enclosures fail prematurely. The stainless cabinet is part of the building's corrosion-resistant infrastructure rather than an exception to it.
Specify INOX whenever the machine itself gets hosed, sanitised or exposed to corrosive air.
